Ralph Jones is a highly accomplished capital markets professional with over 21 years of experience in high-velocity commercial origination, portfolio management, and strategic loss mitigation. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as a technical expert in navigating the complexities of both small and large-balance commercial transactions, having personally managed origination portfolios exceeding $470 million.
Most recently, as a senior leader for six years at KDM Financial, Ralph directed regional sales and underwriting initiatives, specializing in the structuring of high-leverage commercial debt and equity solutions.
During his tenure as a Portfolio Manager at Bayview Loan Servicing, Ralph oversaw a residential and commercial loss mitigation portfolio of more than 650 units valued at more than $58 million. Where he consistently exceeded individual and team quotas by driving performance through disciplined file resolutions.
Ralph’s deep-rooted understanding of credit risk was forged during his time as a Commercial Area Manager at Capital One (Greenpoint Mortgage) and Silver Hill Financial. There, he was responsible for regional product rollouts and managing large-scale origination teams across the Eastern United States.
